Chris Beard
Director
Chris moved to DP9 with the founding team in 2004. He is a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years’ experience advising on development opportunities for both UK and International investors, developers and occupiers across private and public sectors. Chris specialises in complex development projects including major commercial and residential developments and those involving listed buildings and conservation areas. As part of his role as DP9 Board Director, Chris leads new business development. Chris's PA is Lydia Crist.

Tom Hawkley
Associate Director
Tom started his career at DP9 in 2012. Tom has gained experience in all aspects of planning and development consultancy through leading or assisting on large scale, medium and smaller scale projects across commercial, residential, retail and health sectors in London. His work has included visitor accommodation, listed buildings and other heritage assets.
