We co-ordinate, prepare and submit outline, full and reserved matters applications on a wide range of developments.We also submit Certificates of Lawfulness, discharge conditions and material and non-material amendments to applications.
Appeals (expert witness)
We act as expert planning witnesses at public inquiries and hearings and have acted on some of the largest profile public inquiries in London.
Influencing policy
We engage with and submit representation on behalf of our clients to development plans and policy guidance. We actively participatein shaping policy, guidance and legislation at a national level.
Community Infrastructure Levy
We have a specialist Community Infrastructure Levy team whoprovide advice on the formation of CIL strategies, advice notes on phasing and social housing relief, the detailed calculation of CIL liability estimates, and liaising with collecting authorities on behalf of our clients.
Estate Regenerationand Masterplanning
We have particular expertise in delivering large estate regeneration and masterplanning projects.We understand the need for consensus building on such projectsand we work closely with local planning authorities and partnersto deliver truly transformative projects.
